Autoimmune Disease Research
Since IgAN is an autoimmune disease it’s good to know as much as possible about such conditions.
For example I have always suffered from dermatitis on my fingers. From time to time it flares up and leaves me with cracks on the sides of my fingers. It is very slow to go away and frequently lingers for months on and off. When I have this condition I pass more protein in my urine. This is indicative of the same autoimmune factors that are irritating my skin is also irritating my kidneys.
People with tonsils are often more likely to have IgAN…the same goes for Asthma… there is a tonsillar immune factor clearly tied to IgAN, Dermatitis, and Asthma.
Coming soon will be more….
